What is reseller hosting?
Reseller hosting is an arrangement where you buy capacity wholesale from a provider, divide it into your own packages and sell those to your own customers under your own brand.
You'll see the same thing called reseller web hosting, and the person doing it a web hosting reseller. It's one arrangement under several names.
The provider owns and runs the servers, the network and the control panel. You own the customer relationship, the pricing and the brand. A reseller plan is priced by the number of hosting accounts it holds, not by the number of sites you personally own, which suits web designers, developers and agencies who already build sites for clients and want the recurring hosting revenue instead of handing it to someone else.

Your reseller plan combines an account allowance with a storage choice. Storage is 100 GB, 350 GB or 500 GB of NVMe, shared across the accounts on the plan. Bandwidth is unlimited, but client accounts and memory are not: check the selected account count and the Ultimate or Ultra resource tier in the configurator. You set your clients' packages and prices using cPanel/WHM or Enhance, with your branding and private nameservers.

Most people start by moving the clients they already build sites for onto their own plan, which we migrate across for free, and grow from there.
Is it fully white-label? Will my customers see Snappyhost?
No, they see your brand. Your customers connect to your own nameservers, log into a panel with your branding, and deal with you for support. We stay behind the scenes and keep the infrastructure running. As far as your customers are concerned, you are the host.
Can I oversell disk space to my clients?
Storage on your plan is a pool shared across your accounts, so you set the per-package limits and manage how it is allocated. What you promise your own customers is your commercial decision. If you want to run tight on allocation, talk to us first so we can make sure the plan you are on has the headroom to back it up.
Can I resell on cPanel or Enhance?
Both, and at the same price. Every reseller plan comes on your choice of cPanel/WHM or Enhance. cPanel/WHM is the panel most customers already know, with WHM for you to create and manage accounts. Enhance is a modern multi-server panel with a clean interface and staging, backups and one-click tools built in. There is no separate licence to buy either way, it comes with your plan.
Can I set my own packages and prices?
Yes, completely. You build your own hosting packages, decide the disk, mailbox and bandwidth limits on each one, and charge whatever you like. We do not see or touch your pricing. The price you pay us is based on the number of accounts, and what you charge on top is yours.
Can you migrate my existing reseller accounts?
Yes, for free. If you are already reselling on cPanel, Plesk or another platform, we move your existing accounts, mailboxes and DNS records across and check each one before you switch. Tell us where you are now and how many accounts you have, and we will handle the move with no downtime.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
You move up a tier, with no rebuild and no migration. Plans are priced by number of accounts, so as your book grows you step up to more. Past 300 accounts we size a plan around your actual numbers, just talk to us.
Do I support my customers, or do you?
You do the first line, the everyday questions and the relationship. When something gets technical, our UK team backs you up and works it with you, while staying invisible to your customer. You keep the relationship, we do the heavy lifting.
Is there a free trial of reseller hosting?
No free trial, and the £1 first month has ended. Every reseller plan is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee instead, so you can move a few accounts over, run them for a month and get a refund if it is not right.
